Want to check out CrossFit first hand and see for yourself what it's all about?! The first step is to schedule your free intro. class where we'll introduce you to the methods of CrossFit, go over some fundamental movements/skills and do a brief workout at the end of the session.

The next step is to enroll in the "On Ramp" Program at CrossFit Littleton. This is a month long class designed to make your transition to the open classes at the gym smooth and manageable. In the On Ramp class you will cover the fundamental movements and techniques that we use and get a fantastic workout each time you come.
On Ramp Classes start every two weeks. The entry points for the 2010 calendar year are as follows:
January: 4th & 18th
February: 1st & 15th
March: 1st & 15th & 29th
April: 12th & 26th
May: 10th & 24th
June: 7th & 21st
July: 5th & 19th
August: 2nd & 16th & 30th
September: 13th & 27th
October: 11th & 25th
November: 8th & 22nd
December: 6th
